If you have any issues with your order:

- Contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
- Return item within 30 days of receiving it.

 

Order Cancellation

Changed your mind? We're happy to cancel your order. Please request a cancellation before the item or items have shipped.

 

Return Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn and unused. 

To request an exchange or return, please contact us at info@malahandworks.com.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us if: 

- The item is defective or damaged 
- You have received the wrong item 
- You have any other concerns

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you ordered and make a separate purchase for the exchange item. 

The new purchase/exchange item will ship the same or next business day and the returned item will be refunded promptly upon receipt.

Otherwise, we will ship the exchange item promptly upon receipt of the returned item.

 

Refunds

When we receive your return and it is in original condition (no visible signs of wear or use), you’ll be promptly notified and refunded by your original payment method.
