Refund policy

Thank you for purchasing from MALA Handworks.
We stand behind the quality of our products, satisfaction guaranteed. We're pleased to offer an exchange or refund if you're not completely satisfied.

If you have any issues with your order:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return the item back to us within 30 days of receipt.

Return Item Condition 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn/unused. 
To exchange or return, please contact us at hello@malahandworks.com.  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us if:
-the item is defective or damaged
-you have received the wrong item
-you have any other concerns

We want to review everything and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you ordered and make a separate purchase for the exchange item. 

The new purchase/exchange item will ship the same or next business day and the returned item will be refunded promptly upon receipt.

Otherwise, we will ship the exchange item promptly upon receipt of the returned item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected that your return is in its original condition. If it is (and why wouldn't it be!) you’ll be automatically refunded by way of your original payment method.
