For most returns, the customer covers return shipping. If we made an error or your item arrived damaged, we’ll make it right and cover the return.

Yes. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you ordered and make a separate purchase for the exchange item. 

The new purchase/exchange item will ship the same or next business day, and the returned item will be refunded promptly upon receipt.

Otherwise, we will ship the exchange item promptly upon receipt of the returned item.

Once your return is delivered in its original condition (no visible signs of wear or use), you'll be promptly notified and refunded by your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take a bit longer to post it.

If you made a mistake, email us ASAP at hello@malahandworks.com. We can usually edit or cancel within 2 hours (before packing). Once shipped, we can’t make changes.
