Hand-tied and hand-dyed, it spreads across the fabric in organic gradients that shift from deeper at the knots to lighter where the dye travels. Each piece reads a little differently.
The Nora is made from premium rayon — a fabric that earns its place for the way it flows and drapes with barely any effort. Cut slimmer than our standard silhouette at approximately 28 inches across, it sits close to the body and moves with it. V-neckline, side slits.

Not to be ghoulish, but I needed burial clothing for my partner and me for green burial. This means no plastic of any sort, even threads. I am exceedingly happy with the kaftans; they are well made and also lovely. It took quite a bit of reseach and I am SO GLAD I found Mala.
