LOVE LOVE LOVE this kaftan. It is so comfortable and the color is absolutely gorgeous. I don’t think an item clothing has ever made me so happy with the combination of quality, fit, and comfort. I’m 5’9” and the 55 inch is perfect when wearing flats. It’s about two or 3 inches off the ground in the center and just touches the floor on the sides. I also ordered a 58 inch which is a little long with flats (it just touches the floor in the center and drags on the sides) but is perfect with low heels. I will be buying more for myself and my family.

Item as described. I have quite a few kaftans similar to this but in different colors and the material is pretty thin, which is great for lounging around the pool or the house on warm days. This kaftan seems more elevated and has a nice label on the inside collar. This kaftan has very pretty colors and I love the longer length. I’d definitely not put it in the dryer but hang to dry to prevent shrinkage.

We try to photograph as true to color as we can. Since all these pieces are hand-tied and dyed, each kaftan will vary slightly.
Our kaftans are one size fits most - up to 3XL with the standard being 68" around bust/waist/hips. That being said, we do offer a petite collection with slimmer silhouettes.

Not to be ghoulish, but I needed burial clothing for my partner and me for green burial. This means no plastic of any sort, even threads. I am exceedingly happy with the kaftans; they are well made and also lovely. It took quite a bit of reseach and I am SO GLAD I found Mala.
