A diamond grid drawn large, each cell filled with its own fine texture, so it reads as pattern from across a room and as detail up close. Black on a pale gray ground, which keeps it softer than a straight black print would be.
Rayon voile is the light one. It moves when you move and stays cool against the skin, which is why these get packed rather than folded away. Discharge printed, V-neck, side slits, long and loose. At 55 inches it's cut for taller frames, hitting the floor or just above.
Good for hot afternoons, for travel, and for evenings where you want the length doing the work.

Every Luna kaftan is made by a small community of skilled artisans in Thailand: family members, neighbours, and trusted makers who have been sewing together for years. We pay fairly, work slowly, and believe that when the people making your clothes are thriving, you can feel it in every stitch.
We try to photograph as true to color as we can. Since all these pieces are hand-tied and dyed, each kaftan will vary slightly.
Our kaftans are one size fits most - up to 3XL with the standard being 68" around bust/waist/hips. That being said, we do offer a petite collection with slimmer silhouettes.
