Kaia Chrysanthemum Shirt Dress in Black & Cream

Whole chrysanthemum heads open across the cloth, each one built from dozens of narrow petals turning around a centre, with looser petals breaking away and scattering between them. The screens are cut by hand, so the placement is different on every piece.

This is the most structured piece in the range. The screen printed cotton has enough body to hold its own shape rather than follow yours, so the dress stands away from you. A rounded shirt collar, coconut buttons from the neck to the hem, and two patch pockets that sit proud of the front. Sleeves cut straight to three quarters. At 35 inches it sits at the knee on our model, who is 5 ft. 4 in. Side slit. Gentle machine wash, low heat dry.
