Cut from a screen printed cotton with a little texture to the hand, this dress hangs loose and away from the body with a round neck, a small opening at the centre front, and wide sleeves cut straight from the shoulder to three quarters. Pockets set into the sides. At 45 inches it falls to the lower calf on our model, who is 5 ft. 4 in. The roomiest piece in the range. Gentle machine wash, low heat dry.

Not to be ghoulish, but I needed burial clothing for my partner and me for green burial. This means no plastic of any sort, even threads. I am exceedingly happy with the kaftans; they are well made and also lovely. It took quite a bit of reseach and I am SO GLAD I found Mala.
I absolutely love this dress! I will be ordering more! The color is so pretty and it is exactly what I expected after reading the description. The cotton gauze fabric is not too thin.
