Blue that looks like it has been somewhere. The colour runs mid-depth across the body with a faint pale mottling drifting through it, then breaks to white at the sleeve cuffs and the lower sides. Nothing about it is uniform, which is the point.

This hand-dyed indigo kaftan is cut from ribbed cotton, a textured weave with fine vertical lines running through it that catch light in a way flat cloth cannot. V-neckline, side slits, half kaftan sleeves. At 54 inches it sweeps the floor around 5'5" and sits at the ankle around 5'8".

One size fits most up to US 3XL. First wash: soak overnight in water with 3 spoons of salt, then delicate machine wash cold and hang dry.
