I didn't need customer service so I hope that doesn't decrease the total rating. This is my 2nd caftan I've ordered from her shop. I still have the other one and after 5 years of wearing, it still washes beautifully and almost looks brand new. It drapes beautifully and is not see through. I just wanted a new color. It is very comfortable in hot, humid weather.

I bought 2 of these gorgeous Caftans! They are buttery soft and the colors are so beautiful and vibrant! I love them for weekend, lounging around the house, wear. As the temps are getting warmer, I'm sure these will keep me cool and comfy and looking like a queen!

In my original order, I had an issue with getting 2 different sizes, so I reached out to MaLa and she was so quick to reply!! She apologized, advised on return instructions, and sent out a replacement right away!

This is my second purchase from this shop. Gorgeous tie dye, beautifully made, high quality, quick shipping, attractively packaged. Soft and a dream to wear. It is a bit larger than I'd prefer. I'd like to see a few <60" circumference kaftans for a little less bulk for smaller sizes; 54"-56" around still fits a wide range. All in all, I'm very satisfied with my kaftan. I'm sure I'll be back for a third!

The long part can be fixed. It’s just like wearing a huge bed sheet. It feels heavy and cumbersome, zero shape. I guess I’ll keep as fabric and try to figure out what to do with it.

Our kaftans are one size fits most - up to 3XL with the standard being 68" around bust/waist/hips. That being said, we do offer a petite collection with slimmer silhouettes.
