I am very disappointed in this seller and DO NOT recommend purchasing from this company. However, after contacting Etsy they resolved the issue to my satisfaction. The item I ordered was shipped in the wrong color. I contacted the seller who acknowledged the mistake and initially offered to send a return label but then said I should ship it back and they would refund me after they received the returned item. The company would not pay for the return shipping fee due to their policy. I pointed out that it was their error and not mine! 😤

I now have 4 kaftans from MaLa and I never want to wear anything else!! They are so lovely and the fabrics she chooses are gorgeous. I had mine hemmed for an extra $5 to 52” (I’m 5’ 2”) and I can wear them with flats or heels. I have to resist the urge to buy 4 more.
