Cut from soft premium rayon that drapes and moves, this kaftan hangs loose and away from the body with a V neckline, side slits and a slipover shape. At 52 inches it sits at the ankle around 5 ft. 6 in. and sweeps the floor around 5 ft. 3 in. Generously wide, one size up to US 4XL. Gentle machine wash, low heat dry, first wash separately.

I got the orange version of this style as well and was surprised by the difference between the colors. The fabric for the blue version was quite stiff and the printed pattern felt a bit plasticy. Washing it a few times helped.

Not to be ghoulish, but I needed burial clothing for my partner and me for green burial. This means no plastic of any sort, even threads. I am exceedingly happy with the kaftans; they are well made and also lovely. It took quite a bit of reseach and I am SO GLAD I found Mala.
