Hand-tied and hand-dyed, it spreads across the fabric in gradients that shift from deeper violet at the knots to a softer, airier lavender where the dye travels, with blue appearing throughout to deepen the palette. The Nora is cut from premium rayon — a fabric chosen for the way it flows and drapes with an effortless quality. At approximately 28 inches across it's slimmer than our standard silhouette, designed to sit closer to the body. V-neckline, side slits.

Not to be ghoulish, but I needed burial clothing for my partner and me for green burial. This means no plastic of any sort, even threads. I am exceedingly happy with the kaftans; they are well made and also lovely. It took quite a bit of reseach and I am SO GLAD I found Mala.
