I have this kaftan in the maxi size, and I love it. Thought I'd buy the shorter size to change it up. I threw it on and ran out the door. The colors and material are wonderful. The problem is with the sewing. The front and back are sewn crooked. So, if the front v neck is centered, the back is v is off to the right. If I adjust the back, then the front v is crooked. I can feel the back v off to my right shoulder, and it is uncomfortable. I keep adjusting and adjusting. I can't stand to wear this so it is a waste.

Not to be ghoulish, but I needed burial clothing for my partner and me for green burial. This means no plastic of any sort, even threads. I am exceedingly happy with the kaftans; they are well made and also lovely. It took quite a bit of reseach and I am SO GLAD I found Mala.
