I wanted to get a cotton Katkan but the material doesn't 'flow' so it looks rather frumpy. If it had a deeper V it might be ok but would not buy this one again.

it is the 3rd one, I buy, because it is the best peace for the summer!

I love this kaftan, and the shipping was EXTREMELY fast. Just be aware that the kaftan doesn't have a handkerchief bottom as it appears in the photos. Because the model is petite wearing a large kaftan, it is draping in a way that makes it appear to have a handkerchief hem. But on a larger body (I'm 3xl), the hem is straight across. It's not a deal breaker for me. I still love it.

The craftsmanship is wonderful. The sizing is great. The fabric is lovely and soft and washes well. That’s why I’m giving five stars.
For myself the fit isn’t quite right. I’m 5’4” and am usually an 18/20 but I have very full bust. It fit fine, as in big enough. But the side slits are much too high for me. I bought this to wear in Egypt, but I don’t feel it’s modest enough. Also the way it fit in the back was a little funky. The way it hangs creates this weird pleat right down the center of the back that is not flattering on me. But I think it could be caused by my large bust.
I am keeping it because the fabric is so lovely. I’ll wear it at home, to the beach and as resort wear, but not to an Arabic country.

Very happy with this purchase. It's perfect for hot summer weather.

Meh....I have one long and now this short caftan. Love the long one, but the length on this is too short. A mid-calf/couple of inches above ankle caftan would be perfect.
Love the black & white stripes though.

Lovely light material, well-made pieces, shipped very quickly. This was a bit shorter than I expected (I’m 5’5”) which is fine because I bought it to put on after the shower but, if you plan to wear this as a dress, consider the length and the height of the slits. You might prefer the longer version.
