The fabric in this kaftan was made on a loom in the Thai village where Mala's founder grew up. The weavers there have practiced their craft for generations — it was watching them work that first drew her to handmade textiles, and this is a small way of keeping that connection alive. Every piece of hand-woven cotton carries a subtle variation in texture and weight that machine-made fabric simply doesn't have.
The Daria in Indigo Stripe is a floor-length hand-woven cotton kaftan with a deep indigo stripe running through the cloth. V-neckline, side slits, and two pockets — the kind of practical detail that makes a kaftan feel genuinely useful as well as beautiful. At 55 inches it falls to ankle length or just above depending on height.
One size fits most up to US 3XL. Slipover style. First wash separately; gentle machine wash, hang dry preferred.

I absolutely love the color and pattern! The cut of kaftan sleeves looked odd on me and made it hard to do things with my arms, but if you like kaftans, highly recommend. And it has pockets!!
I don't like the neckline.. it looks more rounded and softer in the picture than it actually is.. as in fact the neckline comes down to a sharp v high on the breastbone and I thought from seeing the images that it would have been a lot more rounded.. it fits well as in is well looded the way I need it to be.. thanku x
I've bought so many of her caftans, love living in these at home. She's always responsive, supportive and so lovely. It's a pleasure to support a good person with their small business. These are so comfy, fkowy and they wash and wear so well. I'm sure I'm not done yet, lol.
