Three lengths, which makes this the most adaptable kaftan we cut. Pick the short one for a dress you wear out, the long one for the version you live in at home. Sage is the easy green, quiet next to almost anything. Textured cotton muslin, light and soft, with a surface that improves every wash.
The Gloria is a slipover kaftan in two fine layers of cotton woven together. Light on the body, and not sheer. V-neckline, side slits, no pockets. Choose 41, 50 or 55 inches long, measured shoulder to hem: 41 sits between knee and ankle, 50 and 55 fall long, depending on your height.
Relaxed one-size fit, 60 inches around at bust, waist and hips, up to US 2XL. First wash separately; gentle machine wash, low heat dry.

Doesn't fit at all like the pictures -- sleeves are very, very short.
While I realize it's a consequence of the rectangular design, still a disappointment because I prefer elbow-length or longer sleeves.

I expected this item to have sleeves, as shown. It has no sleeves at all and is far too small for me to wear.
Not to be ghoulish, but I needed burial clothing for my partner and me for green burial. This means no plastic of any sort, even threads. I am exceedingly happy with the kaftans; they are well made and also lovely. It took quite a bit of reseach and I am SO GLAD I found Mala.
I absolutely love this dress! I will be ordering more! The color is so pretty and it is exactly what I expected after reading the description. The cotton gauze fabric is not too thin.
