I had to run to my post office, take pictures of my mailbox, follow up with her over quite a few weeks, all to ultimately be told too bad. GPS tracking says it was delivered and therefore, it's a me problem. She didn't require a signature or even properly insure the dresses I ordered. Thankfully Etsy stepped in and made it right but I would never order from this seller again.

Not to be ghoulish, but I needed burial clothing for my partner and me for green burial. This means no plastic of any sort, even threads. I am exceedingly happy with the kaftans; they are well made and also lovely. It took quite a bit of reseach and I am SO GLAD I found Mala.
